Live Wire

Rules

1. A 3-second countdown, then the GO signal.
2. Follow a razor-thin wire that waves from side to side 6 times.
3. Slip off the wire and you get a zap.
4. You start at the entrance and your trail is drawn as you move.
5. If you have not reached the finish after 1 min, the event ends there.

How scoring works

You start with the maximum score and every brush takes points away. Only progress made inside the path counts, and finishing sooner gives a small bonus. Every zap counts as a brush.

Levels

• Gold level4,800 points
• Silver level4,000 points
• Bronze level3,200 points

Levels are earned by result; medals are only for the CCI Olympics.

Tips

• Slow down at the crest of each wave: that is where the pointer escapes.
• Steady speed, no jerks: the time bonus is small and a brush costs far more.
