Tug of War

One rope, a cardboard rival who pulls harder and harder, and your clicks. Drag the marker to your side as far as you can in 20 seconds.

Duration
20 s

Rules

  1. A 3-second countdown, then the GO signal.
  2. Every click pulls the rope 2 cm towards you.
  3. The cardboard rival pulls on his own: he starts at about 4 tugs a second and ends at 10.
  4. You get 20 s from the signal.

How scoring works

Your score is how many centimetres the marker ends up on your side. A rhythm too regular or too fast for a human hand (the mark of an autoclicker) does not score.

Levels

  • Gold level180 cm
  • Silver level140 cm
  • Bronze level100 cm

Levels are earned by result; medals are only for the CCI Olympics.

Tips

  • The rival pushes hard at the end: save some strength for the last seconds.
  • Every second you click slower than him, the marker drifts back to his side.
